Since our inception in 1996, APD has been committed to quality, efficiency, and long-term customer relationships. Our clients have diverse backgrounds, and we strive for similar diversity amongst our staff. One of APD’s core beliefs is that a diversified workforce makes our company more robust, our project quality better, and our team innately happier. We always hire the best candidates and provide data-driven, performance-based compensation.
APD employs an Employee Handbook to promote equity and ensure all staff is considered equally. We invest in our staff members to benefit their careers and contributions to the company. We encourage our team to attain professional licensure and support that effort by providing a yearly budget for all employees for professional development, continuing education, and memberships to professional organizations. We maintain APD Academy, an APD-developed education tool that educates employees by providing various courses they can attend.

One way we do this is by offering an Employee Assistance Program (EAP.)
